PT Master Facility Electrician - E1

LiquidPiston, a rotary engine development company, is seeking a part-time electrician to work approximately 10-20 hours a week.  As we grow, our list of electrical needs is growing too.

Work Requirements:

• Wiring up new machines (i.e. CNC machining equipment, engine dynamometers, etc.)
• Sorting and organizing existing electrical systems.  We have a 16,000 square foot facility in Bloomfield across two buildings
• Ability to wire a Variable Frequency Drive
• Assisting in dyno cell improvements - wiring a new dyno

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with controls, data acquisition, etc. 
• Project/Contractor management 
• Experience in general construction

Qualifications: 

• E-1 license required.

We can be flexible on the role - we could use a short burst of full time help, as well as a longer term part-time arrangement. We are flexible on the hours your come in.  Hourly wage varies depending if you are a W-2 (employee) or a 1099 contractor, and if you come with tools and your own insurance.   Please specify as such in your cover letter.
