We are seeking an experienced General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Construction Contractor to oversee all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. The primary duties to include but are not limited to the following:

Keeping the project on Schedule.
Managing subcontractors and other labor related to the job.
Ordering materials related to the build and working with the vendors to ensure the correct deliveries are taking place according to the timeline.
Communicating status of the project throughout the build with management and other pertinent parties.
Communicating project needs to management.
